Doylestown Arts Festival

The Doylestown Arts Festival is returning again this year for it’s 31st anniversary and we will be participating.
Participating members may submit the following items:
- Up to 15 greeting cards
- Up to 20 mattted images
- Up to 5 framed images

For matted and framed images:
- They can be any size from 8 x 10 up to 16 x 20
- Framed images must have a label on both the front and back of the item
- Framed images must be wired for hanging. Sawtooth hangers do not work with our booth hooks.
- Matted images must have a label on the back of the item and it’s a good idea to put the price on the front as well.
- Matted images must also have a backing board to protect the back side of the print. A solid piece of matboard the same size as the front mat works well. It’s best not to attach the backing to the front mat.
- Matted images must be in clear protective sleeves.
- Labels must contain the following information:
- Print #:
- Title: (the title of your image)
- Artist: (your name)
- Price:
- Category: (only for matted images – choose one of the following:)
- Bucks County Scenes
- Nature
- Landscapes/Seascapes
- Travel
- People
- Abstract
- Transportation
- Still Life
- Architecture
- Other Subjects
For Greeting Cards:
- No price is necessary. All cards will be sold for $5.00
- Cards must be in clear protective sleeves.
- Cards must also have an envelope.
- A label must be attached to the back of the card with the following information:
- Card #:
- Artist: (your name)
- Title: (optional)

You must also submit an inventory form along with your images. The form is available as a Word Document or a PDF Document
All artwork should be brought to the booth for hanging and display at 8:00 am, and must be picked up promptly at 5:00 pm. Please do not begin removing artwork before the end of the festival at 5:00 each day.
